NOTE: A new performance management system, Managing Accountability and Performance (MAP), is being implemented to replace prior performance evaluation systems, including Performance Appraisal for State Employees (PASE). MAP will be used for both covered and uncovered employees and is being implemented on an agency-by-agency basis to accommodate varying agency rating periods. Agencies in the Arizona State Personnel System should use their current performance management systems to complete required evaluations until the new system is implemented.
