Welcome to the State of Arizona Planning and Quality Assurance website. This section provides data analysis of key human resources information including the publication of the annual Workforce Report and responding to public information requests. The work group focuses on strategic planning and performance measures, and has taken the lead for the implementation of performance pay (Session Law 2006, HB 2661). This section also assists State agencies in reviewing their policies, practices and procedures to provide consistent and compliant human resources practices throughout Arizona State Government.
