• HRIS and Y.E.S. Mandatory Password Reset
    Beginning July 27, 2014, HRIS and YES will begin enforcing the requirement that passwords be changed every 90 days.  We will roll this functionality out over the next few weeks to ensure we don’t overload the system with password reset requests.  By late August, all HRIS & YES passwords will have been reset.  When logging into HRIS or YES, users will receive a message 7 days prior to their password expiration and can reset their password at that time.  Upon the 7th day, users will be forced to change their password before accessing HRIS and YES. Users will not be able to reset their password to their current password. Please inform your employees of this upcoming change.  If employees experience any issues, please call the HRIS Help Desk at (602) 542-4700. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

  • Windows XP and IE8

This only applies to the mentioned operating system and IE8 browser. All others will have to open a new browser by clicking on their IE icon.
