• HRIS Availability 1/22/17 – 1/23/17
In order to allow the General Accounting Office (GAO) to make prior year adjustments, HRIS is scheduled to be unavailable for update from Sunday, January 22, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. until Monday, January 23, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.  The system will be available for view only during that time.  The YES Website and Employee Time Entry (ETE) will not be affected.

  • ETE Email Reminders
ETE emails to remind employees to enter and submit their time have erroneously gone out today, earlier than the typical schedule, due to a technical issue.  Employees could have received multiple email reminders to enter ETE.  Employees can enter and submit time now or they can disregard the emails and enter and submit their ETE timesheet later in the week according to agency prescribed timelines.  HRIS is aware of and working to resolve the issue.

The Summary of the Article is:

  • ZP02 / ZP04 / XP02 – Position Changes
Some enhancements have been added to the way position changes are processed. In the past, changes to positions were immediately evident on the position. However, these changes were put in a batch to be passed through to the employee record over night. This has created some difficulties when the changes were not passed through promptly. A new process allows these changes to be immediately updated on the employee’s file as well as the position. You will see this take effect starting July 11, 2016.

In light of this enhancement, you may receive error messages that you previously have not seen. This could include messages such as “supervisor is inactive”, or “process level does not exist”, to name a few. In the event you receive these messages and you need guidance, please contact the Classification and Compensation analyst assigned to your agency.
